Meet Lin
I’m Lin An, a CPA with more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, tax and commercial roles.
Before starting The Number Shed, I worked with both large international businesses and New Zealand companies, helping with everything from tax and financial reporting to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and business performance.
Over the years, one thing became very clear to me: good accounting should be about more than preparing numbers after the fact. The real value comes from understanding what the numbers mean, planning ahead, spotting opportunities to save and making better decisions while there’s still time to act.
That’s why I created The Number Shed — to provide practical, one-to-one support for people who want to better understand their tax, plan ahead and make smarter business and property decisions. When you work with The Number Shed, you work directly with me.
